at Vantage Point Farm
Vantage Point Farm is pleased to offer Birthday Parties! Parties can be scheduled on Saturday evenings to celebrate your child's special day, based on availability. These parties are an incredible success as children and parents spend their day enjoying life without electronics, are surrounded by nature, enjoy time with beautiful horses in a safe environment and take home cherished memories!
PARTY PACKAGE INCLUDES:
Use of the stable facilities for you and your guests. Facilities include:
- An indoor & outdoor riding area
- Handicapped accessible sitting area with 4 large picnic tables for your guests to relax on
- Handicapped accessible restroom
- 3 rectangular tables for food & gifts
- Use of refrigerator/freezer to store food or birthday cake before your event begins
- 2 lined trash cans
- Parking area
Participating children are divided into small groups and rotate through interactive stations for the first 90 minutes of your event. These stations include:
- All participating children ages 3 & older will enjoy a ride on one of our wonderful horses with assistance; there are plenty of photo opportunities for parents.
- All participating children will take part in a supervised session of grooming a horse or pony and feeding treats.
- All participating children will enjoy an arts and crafts activity that features an equine-related, take-home souvenir such as painting a horse shoe / painting a horse portrait.
- Smaller groups may enjoy an additional activity such as an age-appropriate game or finger-painting a real horse/pony (time permitting)
The last 30 minutes of your party is reserved for family/guest time of snacks, birthday cake, gifts, etc.
AVAILABILITY:
- Parties are scheduled on Saturdays, depending on availability
RATES:
- 10 % discount if birthday child is already a regular client or student
- Birthday child receives a gift certificate for a FREE riding lesson!
- $500 for up to 12 children; $20 per child for each additional child
- Party is allocated 2 hours (additional time may be purchased if required at the rate of $50 per hour)
**Fees do not include cake, food, drinks, decorations or cleanup (VPF staff will dump trash cans). This is the responsibility of the family or individual booking the party. Please be cautious on the number or extravagance of your decorations as they could spook the horses. If you have questions, please discuss with our party coordinator.
